This weekend I attended my first Dokomi, the huge Manga and Anime Convention in Düsseldorf. I went there with a friend and met up with some more and overall had a great time!
If you’ve never been there, it’s a really huge exhibition site and at the Convention you can do all sorts of stuff- go shopping in the Merchandise areas, meet up with cosplayers, do workshops…etc. Mostly I just wanted to go through the artist alley where the individual artists set up their tables and sell their work. I bought some comics from artists and made a little thread on Bluesky with short comments about them.
I didn’t have time to draw much- the few scribbles I did were from when I was waiting for the fair to start, outside and inside the hall.
